By using The Tools Hub services, thetoolshub.net, morphmelive.com, or the MorphMe Live application, you agree to these terms.

Services

The Tools Hub provides remote AI tool installation services and the MorphMe Live desktop application. Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our paid services.

Credits and Payments

MorphMe Live uses a credit-based system. Credits are consumed during active AI streaming sessions.
All credit purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law.
Credits do not expire and remain in your account until used.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use our services for any illegal or harmful purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the MorphMe Live application
Create deepfake content intended to deceive, harass, or defame others
Share your account credentials with others
Abuse or exploit the credit system

AI-Generated Content

MorphMe Live transforms your webcam feed using AI in real-time. You are responsible for how you use the output. Do not use the technology to impersonate real individuals without their consent or to create misleading content.

Remote Setup Services

Remote installation services require you to grant us temporary access to your machine via a screen-sharing tool.
We will only install and configure what was agreed upon.
We are not liable for pre-existing issues on your system.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Tools Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
